2009 will probably be remembered as the year that Canadian quartet Metric returned to reclaim their shiny pop throne from all the pretenders and wannabes; armed with a spine tingling new single, 'Help I’m Alive', spectacular new album, 'Fantasies', and now, a cracking live tour, to blaze across the UK in May.
'Fantasies', Metric’s fourth full length studio album, has been a long time coming. It is their first full-length release since 2005’s globe dominating record 'Live It Out', which spawned the smash hit 'Monster Hospital' and landed the band on TV shows like 'Grey’s Anatomy'.
