Index7 started out of frustration more than anything.

7" collectors were getting very irritated at the lack of information available to people who wanted to buy them.

Index7 will offer a definitive news and information resource for the 7" single format and will provide a valuable, free platform for record labels to promote their new 7" single releases.

Index 7 will ALSO strongly support the last 50 or so independent record shops left in the UK and will provide links and information about independent record shops where 7" singles can be purchased wherever possible.
